This cuts down design time dramatically. A web template is a model page or pattern for a web page that you can use as the basis for creating new pages. You can make your own web template or use a third-party web template. Any WYSIWYG program will let you freely edit any of the design elements on your template page for each, successive new page you create based on that template. So the biggest job you will have is designing your home page, which is your index page, which will be your template for the rest of your web pages on that same site.
